Medal of the iENA Trade Fair 2018 for Zincpower
On November 1-4, the 70th International Fair iENA 2018 organized by AFAG Messen und Ausstellungen GmbH took place in Nuremberg.
The iENA fair is one of the oldest and largest invention exhibitions in Europe and in the world and since 1948 it has been visitedby inventors from around the world to present their ideas, prototypes and advanced technologies to international specialists, and to establish contacts with potential manufacturers and users. The scope of the fair includes innovations in such fields as: automotive, medicine, construction, office supplies, computerization, electrical engineering, electronics, mechanics, home appliances. The exhibition is accompanied by a symposium of SIGNO inventors.
Over 700 innovative solutions from various fields were presented at this year's fair - from those helpful in everyday life to high-tech inventions. Polish scientists presented their innovative solutions at the stands of the INVENTOR Promotion Agency and the Association of Polish Inventors and Rationalizers. 31 inventions and innovative technologies developed in research institutes, universities and innovative enterprises were presented at the INVENTOR Agency stand.
Polish innovative solutions have been awarded with 28 medals: 4 gold, 10 silver and 14 bronze. Exhibitors also received special prizes awarded by invention organizations and scientific institutions from Germany, Croatia and Taiwan.
The silver medal was awarded to the solution "A new generation of anti-corrosive zinc pigments with improved protective, functional and ecological properties". This solution also received a special award from the Taiwan Prominent Inventor League.
